Arrived July 2019. A new crop microlot from the Siete Estrellas community from producer Carolina Villalobos. Pleasant milk chocolate and pear mouthfeel. Flavors of clover honey, cashew, stone fruit. Very cleanly prepared.
New crop arrived June 2019 in grainpro. From the notable Coopedota cooperative in rugged, high elevation Tarrazu, this all purpose coffee is from area farms. This is a very impressive lot for the price with a combination of nuttiness and sweet baking flavors. Very clean with a silky finish. Solid solo choice for all roast levels or to add clean brightness to blends.
2018 Rwanda Cup of Excellence winner #3 with a Presidential score of 90.03 points. Purchased at the CoE auction in September and airfreighted to the US. Sold out quickly and we secured additional quantity in June. Flavors of peach, red apple, honey, grape and vanilla, with aromas of coffee blossom and a rum-like sweetness.
Arrived early March 2019, new crop. Generally bright, with notes of grapefruit, rhubarb and peach.
Latest arrival March 2019 in grainpro. AA grade, largest bean size with 16/17 screen size. We are happy to have secured this as Bolivian coffees are becoming increasingly hard to procure. Heavy aroma, low acidity, milk chocolate sweetness.
First new crop of the new season. Arrived May 2019 in grainpro. Reko is the name of a washing station in the Kochere region producing some excellent washed Yirgacheffe. Bright, sweet, fresh, citrusy and very clean with hints of melon.
Finca El Eden produces only 30 bags of coffee per year, but the farm regularly experiments with different cultivars and processes. This lot is comprised of about 80% Castillo and 20% Caturra. Cherry vanilla scent. Very succulent and fleshy mouthfeel like ripe white peach or nectarine. Lemony, sparkling acidity, notes of tangerine.
Arrived mid-May 2019, new crop and the first ever Ugandan offering for Roastmasters. Flavors of cacao nib, plum, brown sugar and red grape, with a dry finish and delicate texture.

Latest arrival January 2019 in grainpro. This is a really nice organic lot from the Tolima region of Colombia. Pronounced citrus and floral notes, elegant finish, smooth and sweet.
Arrived mid February. Single farm decaffeinated coffee from Mexico's Chiapas region, adjacent to the border with Guatemala. Notes of caramelized sugar, sugar cane and cocoa powder. Substantial body.
Arrived February 2019 in grainpro. Certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance (for sustainability). Flores is an Indonesian island with a very heavy, smooth and low acid cup profile similar to but often softer than Sumatra. Sweet, milk chocolate.
New crop arrived late February 2019. The Typica varietal used in PNG originated from Jamaica Blue Mountain and the family connection is unmistakable. An especially nice lot. Smokey, hickory notes, with refined sweetness.
Arrived early February. Nice, clean cupping natural with cherry, tangerine, milk chocolate and smooth, juicy finish. Acidity is citric, notably orange.
Arrived early February, new crop in Grainpro. Meyer lemon, butterscotch, baker's chocolate and a touch of spice. Tannic and smooth on the palate, and acetic like rice wine vinegar.
Arrived December 2018. Flavors of rose water, cane sugar, berries and peach with citrus notes.
An organic Cascara from Bolivia. Cascara is the dried skin of the coffee cherry which is brewed as a tea. This cascara is made from washed coffee so the skin is removed at the start of the coffee's processing.
Arrived January 2019, first new crop coffee from Cenfrocafe, in Grainpro. Cenfrocafe's APU coffee is their top grade and highest grown coffee, with minimum 86+ points. Complex and layered with bittersweet chocolate tones. Ripe berry, grape, tropical flavors.
Newest arrival early December in Grainpro, a direct trade coffee. We had been trying to acquire coffee from this world reknown Falla family farm for many years and finally have developed an ongoing relationship. One of the top genuine Antigua farms with reliably terrific coffee.
Latest arrival December 2018, current crop coffee. Santo Domingo is a genuine Guatemala Antigua coffee grown by a collective a 15 to 20 small area farms, combined and centrally processed by the traditional fully washed method and sun dried as conditions permit. The coffee trees are shade grown Bourbon and Caturra varietals. An excellent value for a top SHB coffee which can be used unblended or as a blend base.
Arrived October 2018, new crop coffee in Grain-Pro bags. Vanilla aroma with savory notes. Mildly spiced with hint of cumin and coriander. Some apricot, strawberry and peach. Buttery mouthfeel that is clean and chewy with a long, smooth finish.
A beautiful, direct trade, very high grown microlot. Both grown and milled by Hector Bonilla, who owns the Don Mayo micro mill and has a few of Tarrazu's most prized coffee properties. His coffee, from this same farm, won 1st place in CoE in 2009. We have been buying this Don Mayo coffee for several years and it has a loyal following.
