Arrived October 2019, new crop in Grain-Pro. This is the second time we are offering coffee from Finca Cedral, in Dota, Tarrazu. The owner of the farm, Roger Urena Hidalgo, also owns the wetmill where the coffee was processed, Santa Teresa 2000. Flavors of fig jam and red apple. A buttery smooth body and lemon acidity. An extremely well balanced cup with acidity and body in ideal proportion. 2000 meter coffee produces concentrated flavors.

Both grown and milled by Hector Bonilla, who owns the Don Mayo micro mill and has a few of Tarrazu's most prized coffee properties. His coffee, from this same farm, won 1st place in CoE in 2009. We have been buying this Don Mayo coffee for several years and it has a loyal following.

New crop arrived June 2019 in grainpro. From the notable Coopedota cooperative in rugged, high elevation Tarrazu, this all purpose coffee is from area farms. This is a very impressive lot for the price with a combination of nuttiness and sweet baking flavors. Very clean with a silky finish. Solid solo choice for all roast levels or to add clean brightness to blends.
