Blends

Blends are made up of multiple coffees. Blending can be accomplished by roasting each component separately, sometimes to different roast levels, or, by combining the various beans and roasting them together. The first option is always available to you by selecting from our many coffees. But you may be interested in trying a blend we have developed. They are ordinarily the result of much trial and error and we hope you enjoy the results.
