Much has changed on the Decaffeinated coffee landscape. Many top flight coffees can be decaffeinated in relatively small batches, all done before roasting. Thus, a great variety of distinctive, interesting coffees are now available for the home roaster. The decafs we offer are solely processed via natural methods. See individual coffee notes for detail.
