A low cost, accurate scale ideal for weighing beans before and after roasting. An innovative design that measures both dry and liquid measurements. Includes a conversion booklet with equivalent measures for many common ingredients.

Measures dry ingredients in 1/8 ounce increments, or, in grams. Capacity for dry is 11 pounds x 1/8 ounces, or 5 kilograms x 1 gram. Measures liquid ingredients in 1/8 fluid ounce increments, or, in milliliters. Capacity for dry is 175 fluid ounces x 1/8 fl oz, or 5000 ml x 1 ml.

Weighing surface is 5.75" diameter. Overall footprint about 8" x 6.25".
