      About Technivorm Brew Thru Lid

      This often requested feature for Technivorm 10 cup thermal carafes is now available and has been included with new brewers since February 2010. This lid offers two advantages: it reduces the heat loss during brewing and also improves mixing. Brewed coffee goes down the stem and mixes several inches into the carafe. Leave this lid in place during and after brewing. It has small opening that allow you to pour coffee with it in place.

      Please note, this is for use with KBT-741/KBGT-741 and CDT/CDGT models which have thermal carafes. It cannot be used with the smaller KBTS brewer.
