We have been using the Brew Thru Lid for several months. The main advantage is that it keeps the brewed coffee hotter. The smaller opening and long, tapered funnel minimize heat loss. Has anyone roasted the Burundi Yandaro to a viennese roast or darker? I love the Burundi at City+, it is fruity and nicely acidic. I thought it might be a good coffee to roast darker. Feedback please. Thanks.
