Refurbished home coffee roasters are those that were returned to us during the first thirty days after delivery and usually within the first week. Most have not been used at all and others have a handful of roasts. Our descriptions will let you know the item specifics where known. Some very small percentage of customers find the products are just not for them. Once back at our facility each roaster is thoroughly inspected. If it has had any use it will be cleaned inside and out and fully tested. Any wear and tear is mainly seen on the outer box due to travel. Refurbished roasters carry a 6 month warranty against defect unless otherwise stated. Refurbished products are not otherwise returnable.
