This is the carafe that comes with the KBTS-741 Technivorm thermal brewer. This is for the shorter 1 liter model and is the original equipment replacement or for those who want to have an additional carafe available.

Construction is stainless inside and out; base, lid and handle are matte plastic. Height is 8 inches with the lid screwed on or 7 inches with it off; width is 5 inches at the base, about 6.5 inches at the widest point including the handle. Capacity is 1 liters, roughly 34 ounces. Keeps coffee hot for hours but be sure to rinse it with hot water before filling with coffee. Alternately, can be used as a carafe for any hot or cold liquid.

This model brewer and carafe do not use a brew thru lid.
