Has anyone roasted the Burundi Yandaro to a viennese roast or darker? I love the Burundi at City+, it is fruity and nicely acidic. I thought it might be a good coffee to roast darker. Feedback please. Thanks.
Burundi Yandaro is one of my favorites. I just love the cocoa like aftertaste. I have roasted it to a Viennese roast but most of the nuances of the coffee were lost. I personally would not recommend it at Viennese.
