This often requested feature for Technivorm 10 cup thermal carafes is now available and will be included in new brewers in February 2010. This lid offers two advantages: it reduces the heat loss during brewing and also improves mixing. Brewed coffee goes down the stem and mixes several inches into the carafe.

Please note, this is for use with KBT-741 and CDT models which have thermal carafes. It cannot be used with the smaller KBTS brewer.
